Paddy Power Bingo is celebrating the 82nd Annual Academy Awards (that’s the Oscars to you and me) in style this Sunday and is launching a series of brand new promotions and film quizzes.

On the night of the Oscars (7th March) all the bingo games at Paddy Power will be named after films nominated in the ‘Best Picture’ category.

Players will have to choose what film they think will win ‘Best Picture’ and play in the bingo game with the same name to win a share of 300BB’s. Paddy Power Bingo are expected to announce the times that the Red Carpet hour bingo games will take place on Sunday, but rumour has it that it will be sometime between 10pm and 11pm.

The winners of the most prestigious movie awards will be unveiled this Sunday but if you fancy yourself as a bit of a movie buff then you might also be interested in taking part in one of Paddy Power’s special Paddy Power Bingo Oscar quiz games.

These new Oscar quiz games will take place tonight, the 3rd March, and Friday the 5th March, both starting at 8pm. Tonight’s quiz will take place in the Sapphire Room and will last an hour, while Friday’s quiz will take place in the Gold Room and will last for a massive two hours, so plenty of time to put that movie knowledge to the test.
